Executive Coaching and Mentoring - A series of one to one sessions to help individuals improve their own performance, motivation and development. Services are provided by accredited Coaches and incorporate a range of psychometric tools where applicable, such as MTQ48 and ILM72
Development of Business Strategy and Implementation - A series of sessions, or away days, to enable Management Teams to develop clarity on the way forward for the business. This is often enhanced through coaching the members of the team individually to implement the strategy and deliver the objectives.
Management Team Development Programmes – Bespoke programmes, designed to meet the individual needs of the client. Using psychometric tools such as 360 degree feedback tool and ILM72, we develop and promote enhanced understanding and communication between members of the management team. These programmes are extremely powerful, especially when combined with strategy development (above).
Stress Prevention Programmes – This programme incorporates the use of MTQ48, which identifies individuals who are becoming or are likely to become more sensitive to the stressors within their environment. The organisation may then take action before an individual starts exhibiting the symptoms of stress. The report identifies the nature of intervention required and provides their manager with key coaching points.
Reducing Absenteeism - PTPP is able to assist in minimising the financial and organisational challenges caused by employee absenteeism. Our qualified Bowen Therapists are able to provide valuable assistance in maintaining the health and well-being of employees, increasing efficiency, enhancing productivity and reducing the cost of sick pay.
Outplacement Programmes – With a growing demand for our outplacement services, PTPP are incorporating the Prevue for Careers psychometric test, which identifies where an individual's strengths, talents and personality would be best suited – whether this is a corporate career, targeting interim roles or establishing their own business.
Interim Services – Although we are not a recruitment service, PTPP have developed close relationships with a select number of talented interim managers who have a proven record of delivering results across a wide range of experience and backgrounds. Where required by an organisation these resources can be provided to manage and deliver change or provide cover for extended absence.
