AQR360

A web based 360 degree performance evaluation tool, enabling organisations to assess the performance of individuals or departments. Organisations are able to select from a standard range or enter their own competency frameworks into the system and create a range of assessments.

AQR360 System uses a report to enable individuals to help develop skills or adapt behaviours. A re-assessment may be completed 6–12 months later to measure improvement and identify any new development needs. Upon reassessment, a Distance Travelled Workbook is produced whereby scores can be easily compared to previous assessments.
